I made my 2023 Roth IRA contribution in calendar year 2024, do I include that amount in my "Roth IRA Contributions prior to 2024" box?

    Yes.  Because you designated it for 2023, you can enter the amount as "prior to 2024."

     

    The prior year Roth IRA contributions are used to determine whether any of your current year distribution is taxable (if any), or to help you track your basis for future distributions.
