RSU dividends

I don't see RSU dividends reported in my W-2.. I have a 1099-DIV for it. So, should I just report it as dividend income though it got reinvested back into stocks?

Yes. Dividends are taxed regardless of what you decide to do with them. Most often dividends are reinvested to purchase more stock, however it doesn't change the fact that the income was received and earned by your current stock.
