Sale of home I lived in for more than 2 years

In response to the question by Turbo Tax whether I lived in the home for more than 2 years, I click Yes but the program defaults to No. In other words, I am unable to say Yes in response to the question. What does this mean?

If you hit yes and then continue then the program will mark the form as yes. However, every time you revisit that section, the answer will default back to no. After you answer all the questions you should see if you qualify for the home sale exclusion.
