I don't use the online version, I have Premier on Desktop so this might not help. But the third screen (I think) upon entering the specific property is "Do Any of these situations apply to this property?", and the first one up is "I sold or disposed of this property in 2020 (learn more). Click the box.

If you had any rental income in 2020, you would include the sale in the rental section. You will encounter questions about the sale. If you sold via an Installment Sale, you can also include that information there.

If you did not have any rental income, enter the sale in Sale of Business Property. Under any other Property Sales you can show the Installment.

1) Wages and Income

2) Other Business Situations

3) Sale of Business Property

4) Other Property Sales

5) Select Sales of Business or Rental Property that you haven't already reported

6)Choose No to the question, "Do all of the following apply to the property you sold?".

7)Choose Yes to the following screen that asks, "Do any of the following descriptions apply to the items you sold?".

8)Select the type of property from the drop down box.

9)Enter the information for your sale.

Rereading your question, it's 2 parts. The second part, where do you record the installment sale , is probably in another section. Once you go into the "depreciation" record for the property, answer all the questions there on disposal. This should cancel the depreciation etc. and close the property.

For sale price, not sure...go as far as you can into the section and see if the "help" is helpful. Since you don't realize the complete income on an installment sale, it could very well be in another section of the income portion. Check under "sale of business property" in one of the following sections, it should be there.
