Same thing - I can't unsubscribe from emails

These messages have been posted on this forum for at least 3 years and it's the same thing. The instructions for unsubscribing from unsolicited emails is not accurate - there are no pages on the web site that correspond to any instructions I can find online. There is no unsubscribe in any of the emails. This is absolute BS and I will personally make it my goal in life to bad mouth Intuit and turbotax to every single person I speak to online about tax issues. This is absolute non sense that I am wasting my time on this.

    So using the Marketing Preferences Center as noted in this Intuit website to unsubscribe does not work for you? - https://security.intuit.com/marketing-preferences/#:~:text=Customers%20of%20general%20Intuit%20products,%22unsubscribe%22%20in%20the%20email.

    Have accessed your Intuit account in TurboTax and changed your preferences in the Preferences link?

     

    Sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

    On the bottom left side of the webpage click on Intuit Account and click on the Preferences link
