Don't panic.  There's always a good reason somewhere on the screen, or a box popped up with more details as to why.  It's not always obvious or where you would expect.  Turbotax is really good that way.

Still didn't work after clearing cache and cookies. Also tried on other devices, wired, cellular, and Wi-Fi networks, with no success. The mobile app is giving the same "hit a snag" error, as well. Customer service wants an extra $65 before they help.

Try opening an incognito Chrome browser to proceed. Be sure the program is up to date by closing the program and the browser window.

 

If anything was imported, check all import fields for accuracy. Run the reviews again.
