I was charged for the deluxe option when I never selected that option, while navigating TurboTax it would pre select the deluxe option to which I had to unselect multiple times. Yet I was still charged and apparently there’s nothing I can do about it since TurboTax’s customer support is a joke. Seems this is an on going theme for TurboTax to steal peoples hard earned money where they can, a simple web search on them proves that.

Sending a link does nothing to resolve this problem, TurboTax scammed me and stole my money. Customer support does nothing, links do nothing.
Turbo tax is a scam.

If you would like to inquire about a refund, please feel free to contact Customer Support so they can assist you. You will want to use the keywords billing issues when you call so you get to the right person.

i was charged an extra $40 because Turbo would Not correctly import all my Brokerage transactions (1099) essentially paying the $40 to bring in the last 1099 transaction in

This same thing happened to me! I can't believe turbo tax is doing this to it's customers. I'm hoping that I'll have better luck than you when I call customer service. If I don't get my refund, I'm going to blast them on all social media!
