Schedule 1, line 1 doesn't match Q&A

State refunds recd in 2023 in the Q&A don't match the number on Schedule 1 line 1.   The amount reported on Sh1, ln 1 is lower.  This could result in underpayment.

TT says Sh1, Ln1 "this is a calculated field", but doesn't show me a worksheet with the calculations.    Is there a way to see the calculations behind the entry on the IRS Form?

Click on the amount in Line 1 of Schedule 1.  There will be an magnifying glass,  click on it.  This will take you to the Form 1040/1040SR worksheet for Schedule 1 Line 1.  Click on the amount.  Another magnifying glass will be shown.  Click on it.  This will take you to the State and Local Income Tax Refund Worksheet for Schedule 1 Line 1.

Or click on the St Refund Wks on the left side of the screen when in Forms mode

That's it!  Thanks.  I somehow missed the 2nd hop to the State worksheet.
