Schedule 1, Line 8z for Other Income -- detail gets transmitted to IRS, right?

On Federal Schedule 1, Line 8z for Other Income, TurboTax shows the phrase:  “See Stmt”.  This statement refers to the TurboTax-generated “Continuation Statement” that shows the detail for Other Income.

The IRS will want to see this Continuation Statement.  My concern is when I print out my tax return and the key calculation worksheets, the Continuation Statement prints out at the end -- after the key calculation worksheets, which give me the impression that the Continuation Statement will not get transmitted to the IRS just like the worksheets.

Does the Continuation Statement in fact get transmitted to the IRS along with the rest of my tax return?

Thanks.

    Yes.

In the online versions, you may view or print at Tax Tools / Print Center / Print, save or preview this year's return after you have paid for the software.

Select the option Include government worksheets (optional).

You will see that the Additional Information From 2022 Federal Tax Return is included as a government worksheet.

    Thanks, JamesG1.

What happens if you don’t select the option “Include government worksheets (optional)”?  Will the Continuation Statement not print out, but it will be nevertheless transmitted to the IRS?

The whole point is government work sheets are not transmitted.

pointing out that it is among the government work sheets does not inspire confidence.

doesn't TurboTax have the "Print forms required for filing" option any more ?
