Question

Schedule a payment, why is it asking me to enter this for a debit from my account? I do not owe anything.

Are you sure?  Does it say "Tax due?"   If it says tax due that means you owe.   Look at your Form 1040.  What is on line 34?  What is on line 37?   If line 37 has an amount --- you owe tax that has to be paid by April 15, 2021.
