Schedule C form prints blank

My wife's schedule C form prints the form with no data inside the form, yet it is on the screen. Two concerns: 1) I hope the its got the information in the electronic submission and I would like to have a print back up. Any ideas why this is happening and the fix?

    At some point, a Schedule C was established.  Follow these steps to remove self-employment income.

    • Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
    • Along the top of the screen, click on Income & expenses.
    • Under Self-employment income and expenses, Start/Revisit to the right of Self-employment income.
    • At the screen Your 2019 self-employed work summary, click the trashcan to the right of the self-employment activity to remove.

    After deleting, make sure that refunds or balances due did not change.

     

    If Schedule C persists, delete the form as follows.

    • In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
    • In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
    • Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.
