School district taxes owed

I owe money to my school district for taxes that weren’t taken out

If you enter your school district information on your W-2 showing Box 18 (Local Wages), Box 19 (Local Income Tax) is zero because non was taken out, and box 20 (locality name) the tax will be calculated and flow through the state.
