There are three different steps you'll need to complete to claim the credit, and important deadlines you won't want to miss.

The credit for a qualified staff member will be claimed on line 47 of your Form 1040N, Nebraska Individual Income Tax Return.  See Individual Income Tax Forms for the form and its instructions.
