Question

Search button leads to a login box for Intuit

Over the last couple weeks when I hit the search button I get a login screen for Intuit, instead of a dialog allowing me to search for issues.  When I log in, I don't get the usual search interface--I get a search interface that explains how to use TurboTax.

For example, if I type "Residential Energy Credit" the response tells me to open TurboTax and search for "environmental credits".

Weird.

Please fix.

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Also, make sure you have ran all updates.

If this persists, can you send us screenshots of what you are seeing?

Didn't help.  Here's a couple photos.  Is this a new interface?  Why do I need to log in every time I click search?

Can I opt out of this new Digital Assistant (which is worthless) and go back to the original TurboTax Help?
