Why can't I access my 2014 return from my laptop from Turbo Tax ? It states that return was created with last years version of Turbo Tax and to select transfer to import last years tax information into a new tax return. I don't want to do that, I just want a copy of my saved 2014 return...any suggestions

If you used the TurboTax CD/Download software to file your 2014 tax return, you'll need to locate the corresponding tax data file on your laptop. Use the instructions that apply: Find your tax data file (.tax file) in Windows OR Find Your Tax Data File in Mac.

If you used TurboTax Online to file your 2014 tax return, you'll need to follow the instructions that are available here: How do I get a copy of a return I filed in TurboTax Online? Then you can download the tax data file to your laptop.
