Selected a wrong Tax Service product

Good morning,

 

I just realized that I accidently selected Tax Services with Live assistant instead of Online Self Service.  

 

Could you please adjust my billing and refund me the difference?

    You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue

    if you started in TurboTax Live, you can clear your return and start over as long as you haven’t paid yet. After clearing your return, you can select the TurboTax product that best suits your needs.
