If you are recently divorced, then you should not use an account that was previously used for a joint return.  Create your own account with a user ID just for your Head of Household filing status.

 

You are posting from the most expensive version on online TurboTax---Self-Employed Live, which provides live help from a CPA.  If you chose that on purpose, great.  But if you strayed into it without realizing here is how to get rid of the extra cost of "Live"

And----before you pay to prepare your return f you do not have to ---look at the criteria for using Free File:
