Self-employed, I did less than $600, meaning no 1099-NEC form for me. What type of income is it then? still 1099 or uncommon income?
Turbo Tax is asking what type of income my translater work is, and if I did more than $600 in 2020, It is easy to know that I have to select the 1099-NEC option. The issue is that I did less than $600, and I don't know how to answer the question for turbo tax. Should I still select that 1099-NEC option? even though I didn't get the form, because I did less than $600 but it's still the same category or the Uncommon income? Because it falls into a different category because I did less than required to get the 1099-NEC form?
