Separated since 05/2015. I live in the home, no assistance & claimed the mortgage interest each year, filed HOH. He has not filed since. Can he also claim the interest?

You can each deduct the amount of mortgage interest that you paid, so if he did not make payments, he would not be able to deduct the home mortgage interest.
