Husband has not lived in our home in over 8 years. He has not lived in the US since 2016. He is not a US citizen nor a resident.  I have provided for our children and our home.  I do not receive child support or spousal support.   Should I file as head of household or separated.

Head of Household if you are eligible - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/married/help/can-a-married-person-claim-head-of-household-filing-status/01/26366

In TurboTax select that you are Married and are NOT filing with your spouse.  Enter your dependent children.  The program will ask you a series of questions to determine if you are eligible for Head of Household filing status.
