Set prior year return for comparison HELP!

In years past,  I would prepare alternative returns to evaluate different scenarios (comparing itemized vs. standard deduction, for example).  This year (2021), TurboTax imported info from the wrong return (the one I did not submit) and it's wreaking havoc on the software's comparison features.  I need to be able to specify the return I want to use from the previous year.  How can I do that?

Apparently, you can't substitute a prior year's import.  You have to create a new return and specify the prior year file you want to import.  Starting over.
