Several years' TT desktop download links are missing on my account's Downloads page

I've purchased Turbotax desktop since 2019, but for some reason when I went to download TT desktop 2020, 2021, 2022 onto my new laptop, I don't see a download option on the Downloads page, but I do see it for 2019 and 2023. I have the license codes for the missing years, but when I use them I get the error message "This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check that account and look for it in Downloads."

I remember I installed all those years' Turbotax from the CD that came with the purchase from Costco. How do I install those older versions of Turbotax desktop on my new laptop? Why are the downloads links missing for only those years?
