Should I be concerned if I received a Security Alert email for filing with a new TurboTax account?

I filed with another TurboTax account I created and later received a Security Alert email. It placed my returns on hold for 48 hours and asked me to call TurboTax Customer Support.

When I called the number provided, the automated system asked me questions like 'if I was calling about the email I received" and 'whether I am using a different account this year.' I answered yes to both. After providing a few more security tips and thank yous, the system hung up.

Is any further action needed?

All is well

If you did NOT set up a new account and received that message then there would be need for concern
