Should I check the box "I use my name as the name of my business?" when I only use my first name in my business name?
Hello, I have a small business in which I am the only employee. The first word in the business name is my first name, and the second word is not. E.g., if my name is Mary, my business name is "Mary Consulting LLC".
I'm in the process of reporting the business in Schedule C of TT Deluxe (no income this year, but had expenses). Given the above situation, should I check the box "I use my name as the name of my business"?
