Should I efile if I have to file injured spouse yearly? It already takes AT LEAST 10 weeks for me to get my refund and I end up having to pay the fees myself.

Turbotax tries to take the fees from my account before I get my refund every year because it takes so long to receive my refund because I have to file an injured spouse form every year. Is it really beneficial for me to efile and pay all the extra fees?

There is no fee to efile when using TT Online. The charge is for the use of the software, and is the same regardless of how you file. You can avoid the extra Pay with Refund charge by paying the TT fees upfront with a debit or credit card. Mailing a paper return is risky and takes even longer to process. But, more importantly, why not try to settle your tax debt with the IRS?
