Should I file through mail? I e-filed and is getting rejected. authorized to pay taxes due on time; rejected. Info is auto-filled by turbo tax and correct. What do I do?

If e-file rejected and I file through mail on the 16th; will there be any penalties? or how do it get e-file to process?  Info provided is correct?

    You can mail in the return with a copy of the rejection email attached to be considered timely filed however you will need to make other payment arrangements since the one you made was never sent ... you can send a check with the return or go online and pay on the IRS site directly ... www.irs.gov/payments

    Or you have 5 days to make the correction and resubmit the return.
