Should I remove "Canceled Debt Summary" form since it is blank?

TurboTax review indicates that I have Form 982 in my submission.  I cannot locate this form or related form 1099-C.  It implies I am claiming a "Cancellation of Debt", which I am NOT.  There is an unlabeled form titled "Canceled Debt Summary".  It is completely blank!  Should I remove it or leave it in?  What Turbo Tax action should I take?

If you do not have cancellation of debt in 2018, you can delete this form from your return.  It likely got entered when you went through the interview and deleting it permanently may require you to return to the source, which is on your Personal Income page, way down at the bottom, in the section titled Less Common Income
