Should I report only my portion of SSD benefits, or add together what I received for myself and my 2 children?

All benefits are paid directly to me, but I received 3 separate SSA-1099 forms.

Yes, you should enter only your SSA-1099 on your tax return. You do not count the social security disability for your children.
