If you provided over 50% of support for your daughter and her children, you may be able claim them on your return.

However, if your daughter earned more than $4300, you can't claim her.  If she is over 19 and not a full-time student, you would only get a $500 credit for her.

However, the parent always has the first right to claim their children, and since she has Earned Income, it may be more beneficial for her to do so than for you to claim them.

If you have already Efiled your return, you would need to wait until you get your Refund to  Amend your 2020 Return and remove them.

If you have not Efiled, you can open your return and Delete them from the Personal Info section.

If you have Efiled, your daughter will have to mail in her return if she is claiming her children.  The IRS will contact you both to determine who had the right to claim them if you don't Amend your return later.
