irs is charging me twice for my 2019 federal taxes

What do you mean charged twice by the IRS? Are you referring to taxes owed and paid from the 2019 federal tax return? Do you have other back taxes owed and not paid to the IRS?

Please provide details.....we cannot understand how the IRS is charging you "double." Did you have tax due for a 2019 return and not pay it last year? Did the IRS reduce your 2020 refund because of that? Did the IRS send you a letter?
