Shouldn't my Name have a "Jr" on the final review?

I posted a Jr after my first and last name at the outset of Turbo Tax and the Jr. is not on the federal and state final returns. Why?

Neither the IRS or state tax return processing systems recognize suffixes (e.g. Jr., Sr., III) in last name fields - they use your SSN and the last name on your Social Security card for processing purposes.

They are limited to last names (no dashes, commas or hyphens) and will even drop letters if the name is too long. The identifying feature of your "Tax identity" is your SSN and the beginning letters of your last name.
