I am showing a profit on a rental but the mortgage is more than the rent. How is this?

Did you rent part of a home and chose to have TurboTax allocate expenses? If so, under the property profile section indicate you rented part of your home, then on to days rented, and then you will see the page to allocate expenses.

If this is not your case, review your entries for rent in the mortgage expenses.
