Signature truncated my name

I add "Filing as surviving spouse" after my name and now when I print the 1040 form my name is gone and it only says "Filing as surviving spouse". How do I edit my signature after signing and before E-filing?

Entering your name is not your signature. You don't sign a e-filed tax return with your name. When TurboTax asks for your name, just enter your name. Do not enter "Filing as surviving spouse." If you checked the box saying that your spouse passed away, and entered the date of death, then in the signature block of the printed Form 1040 TurboTax will print "Filing as surviving spouse" in the space for your spouse's signature.
