So I enlisted for the reserves but I haven't left yet for basic, so do I put that on my tax profile yet or no?

That depends---will you be active duty by the end of 2020? You put that you are in the military IF you are active duty in 2020. If you do not go until 2021 then it goes on the tax return you file for 2021 (in 2022).
