So I'm trying to figure out the proper code for W-2 Box 12. My employer deducted $1770.86 pre taxed for my Health Insurance. What code does this fall under.

Your employer should have provided the Box 12 code for your $1770.86 pre-taxed deduction for your Health Insurance. It is never recommended that a taxpayer change or add any information on their W-2. Contact your employer if you do not have a code in Box 12 for your health insurance or have any other questions on the entries or lack of on your W-2.
