Question

So, I upgraded to the premium so that I could reach a live representative, but cannot. I am needing to know how to claim my Pell/Scholarships as income. Suggestions?

My account says I have it, and it says that it does not have to be paid until you file. Options?

If you used the grant to pay for qualified tuition expenses, you don't need to claim it as taxable income.

Did you receive a Form 1098-T? If not, check your school account online, it might be there for you to download. The tuition paid and scholarships/grants received should be reported on that form.
