Question

So I was filing my taxes and they calculated a grand total of $8,696 and when I went to do my signature through e-file after they took $378 my total tax refund was $7,722

Im not to good with numbers but I know that this isn't adding up

since it's unlikely you saved a copy before going through the e-file steps there is no way to know what changed.

you're asking from live for which you paid extra so you can contact support but they have the same issue
