I am a statutory employee working from home . My employer withheld social security taxes on my total wages .
The income was transferred to a Schedule C where I included business deductions .
So, the Net income is less than total wages , yet social security taxes were withheld on total wages .
Can I get a credit for excess social security taxes paid ?
