Question

Software Bug: Complains about a missing number in 1099-MISC worksheet box 1 (rents), but when I edit the value in the Income section it doesn't update.

    Delete the 1099-MISC and then add it back. Make certain that you are in the correct section where the income belongs so that the form links to the appropriate schedule if applicable (Schedule E for example).
