Software error in Turbotax premier 2022

I have income from 2 W2 forms, but that total does not populate to my Form 1040 or the Income Summary

    Yes, the total of box 1 of both of your W-2 forms should appear on line 1a of your 1040 or 1040-SR tax return.

    Is there any number on line 1a? Are you sure you entered or imported both of your W-2 forms? Are they W-2 forms, or a different income form like 1099-NEC?
