Software not accepting 1095-A entry as printed on form

My 1095-A has a zero in the B column.  I enter a zero in TurboTax and an error generates.  Why is it not accepting what is actually printed on the form?

If column B is has a zero for a month when you didn't have the Marketplace policy, then do not enter 0, leave the box blank.

But if column B shows 0 for any month someone in your household had the Marketplace policy, you’ll use the government's tax tool to get the premium for your second lowest cost Silver plan and fill that cost in column B of form 1095-A.

Failure to do this will result in a wrong calculation of the premium tax credit.
