I live in VA. Had a farm land in OH and sold in OH the same land

What tax form do I need to file as non resident? Is it OH IT 1040 or City of toledo Individual non resident?

Q. What tax form do I need to file as non resident?

A. OH IT1040

The capital gain, on the sale, is "Ohio source" income.  As such, it is subject to Ohio state income tax.  Capital gains are not subject to city (e.g. Toledo) income tax. As such, you do not need to file a city tax return.
