Sold second home in PA and lives in maryland

I live in Maryland and sold my second home in PA which I paid $1 for.

1) should I enter $1 for the basis of cost?

2) do I have to file PA tax? seems I already paid PA tax during sales

yes you'll have to file PA. it must be done first. then you'll get credit on MD for the tax you paid to PA
