I sold some stock held by the company, using their service provider.  Did not get a 1099B.  What do I need to do.  Not address or tel for provider.

It depends.

If US company: Ask employer / HR about those benefits and the administrator.

Brokerages are not like employers. They have different deadlines. Check online with your broker. You should have one in your account under tax forms.  If they mailed the forms, you may not have received it yet.

If foreign company - you will report date purchased and sold along with purchase price and sales price on Sch D - just as if you had a 1099-B. When entering the stock transaction, you will select skip import and type it in.
