Someone else can claim me, where to I specify that on turbo tax?

In My Info it asks if you can be claimed as someone else's dependent.  You must say YES to that question.  If you missed it, go back through those screens in My Info carefully to answer that question.

My federal return got rejected because my parents can claim me as dependent. I keep going through the personal information again and again and cannot find where I can switch the selection to show that someone else can claim me as dependent.

When you are entering or reviewing your personal information there will be a screen labeled Let's check for some other situations check the box Another taxpayer can claim me as a dependent on their tax return.

In the MY INFO section the option to indicate you are a dependent is there ... review that section carefully and also review the form 1040 before you file.  To be safe make sure your parents file before you do,
