TurboTax Support will not phone you from this community forum. But you can phone them as long as you are using a paid product (PLUS or higher). Free Edition does not have phone support, but has other options.

You can use the form at the link below to schedule a call back, or it may provide a number. Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern) 7 days/week.
