If you received  a paper W-2, look at it. There are 3 copies: Copy B (Federal), Copy C (your copy), and Copy 2 (State).

Or do you mean you had 3 different employers in 2020?  Or need to file tax returns for 3 different people?

You may have received a Corrected W'2.  If not you need to contact your employer and verify the status of all three.

If an employer makes a mistake on a form W-2, the employer will issued a corrected form W-2, called a form W-2c, Corrected Wage and Tax Statement.

The form W-2c can be confusing because it includes the original (incorrect) amounts, as well as the corrected amounts.

Form W-2c: Corrected Wage and Tax Statement is simply a corrected version of your W-2.

Your W-2c will look a little different than a regular W-2; it has two columns, Previously reported and Correct information. Enter the dollar amounts from the Correct information column. Don't forget to check the Corrected W-2 box when you get to the Do any of these uncommon situations apply? screen.

If you already imported or entered your W-2 and you haven't yet filed, go back and edit your W-2 with the corrected info from your W-2c.

And if you already mailed your return, or it was accepted, you may need to amend.
