Spouse's name was misspelled on the 1095-A Marketplace Statement
Hi,
Will an 8962-tax form need to be filed if the name is misspelled on the 1095-A Marketplace statement?
You do not need to do anything relating to your tax return due to the misspelling as the SSN covers that it is your spouse. The 8962 will populate in TurboTax with your names accordingly. I would get this corrected with the Marketplace so it is reflected accurately: Corrections to name, date of birth, or Social Security Number Name change to healthcare.gov
