My only income is SSDI and I voluntarily filled out a W4. I didn't know if SSDI is taxable and I didn't want any surprises later. Do I have to take out taxes or can I stop the withdrawal?

Thank you

No.  If you only get SS or SSDI  it is not taxable and  you don't need to file a tax return except to get back any withholding taken out.  So you can stop the withholding.

If Social Security disability is your ONLY income you do not have to file a tax return at all unless you have a 1095A for marketplace health insurance.   If tax has been withheld from your SS, then you can file a tax return to seek a refund this time.   You will receive a SSA1099 in January that can be entered on your tax return.

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security  (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

And....if SS is your ONLY income you can stop having tax withheld from the benefits.
