Started on app, filed with Deluxe desktop

I started my taxes on the app, but my mom had Deluxe on her desktop, so I ended up filing on her computer. It moved all of my info from the app to Deluxe. I received the email saying my return had been accepted and my refund is due to deposit soon. 

The problem I’m having is that the app doesn’t seem to recognize that I’ve filed. I keep getting emails saying “file before it’s too late”. 

Is there a way to update the app so it knows I filed?

    Just ignore the emails.

    As Xmasbaby0 mentions above, you can ignore the emails. They will have no effect on your tax return. Since you have your return completed on your Mom's computer you can delete your return in the APP. That may stop the emails.

     

    To delete your return from the TurboTax App you can:

     

    1. From the home screen, select More from the bottom menu.
    2. Select Clear and Start Over.
    3. Select Clear and Start Over to confirm.
